This software was written on the inst(Institute for Strength of Materials) at the tug(Graz University of Technology). The aim is to provide a framework for object oriented finite element code written in C++ (and a reimplementation in Matlab). It’s of course more an academic approach than a commercial one. There was a big need for us to have our own academic code where we can solve problems the way we want to.
